Fragile art deliveries
The beauty of our original art is that every piece is unique. We therefore work with specialist art carriers to ensure the utmost care is taken to get the item transported to you in its finest condition.
Since each piece is unique, and customer delivery locations and requirements are always different, we are unable to offer a flat-fee delivery price for transporting fragile art. We therefore ask you to pay for the piece, and then we will contact you directly by telephone or email to arrange delivery.
Depending on the size, weight, materials and location, we will identify the most suitable and cost effective way of getting the item to you.
28 day returns promise
We want you to be completely happy with any item purchased through www.galleryq.co.uk
If for any reason you don’t like an item when it arrives, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it and the gallery will issue a refund or replacement.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase or gets damaged in transit, please email us at email@example.com or call +44 (0)1382 220600 and we shall provide you with details on how to return it direct to the gallery.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.
If the item is damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, we will accept return of the item and refund the cost of postage.
In all other cases, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage (free from the Post Office) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
